Prior to forming TurnsonPoint Consulting and serving as its Principal Consultant, Judith Delaney’s 27-year career included working with the University of Southern California (Health Sciences); the American Cancer Society, Sybase, Inc. and SAP America, Inc., providing unique, trust based, strategic leadership to organizations in both the for-profit and non-for-profit environments in a wide range of industries.

Judith’s  affiliations include:  The Wharton School of Business; National Association of Women Entrepreneurs; Harvard Business School; the American Bar Association; Social Media in Organizations; and ADR conflict resolution and mediation exchange.

Judith  has been a key speaker on the  topics of software licensing and revenue recognition; Software as a Service via the Internet and privacy of client data; and Social Media rewards/risks for the real estate profession, for the CFO National Conference, San Francisco; the Regan Team;  and most recently the Mayer-Brown Social Media conference, Chicago, Illinois.

Judith’s passion is to educate and train others on how to increase their effectiveness through the design and implementation of innovative and leading-edge strategies and programs in the areas of Social Media, in particular how to minimize the risk of using social media in order to really enjoy the rewards. She is scheduled to speak on Social Media Rewards and Risks at the Petaluma Chamber of Commerce Women In Business meeting in early February, 2012.

Things Judith loves to do in her off hours include, running in the early morning while the sun rises over the hills of Petaluma; bicycling with Hunter; and spending quiet time reading.
